The New Britain Herald reported on the ribbon cutting ceremony for 24 Washington Street: a property developed by OREE. At the December 2nd event, Mayor Erin Stewart stated, “The City of New Britain is very fortunate to have made the right choice in selecting William Coons III [of Opportunity Real Estate Equities] as the developer for 24 Washington Street.
