The first step toward a new indoor sports complex bein built in Berlin was completed this month, when Berlin’s commission was persuaded to revise its zoning for the BT-2 zone to permit indoor sports complexes. Opportunity Real Estate Equities, parent company to Quantum of Berlin II, will outline its proposal to the planning and zoning commission at a hearing Oct. 20.
