Historic renovation of the W. L. Hatch building in New Britain

The Connecticut Trust with Capital for Change (C4C), a Hartford-based Community Development Financial Institution has helped finance the historic renovation of 24 Washington St., New Britain.  Opportunity Real Estate Equities (OREE), the developer, is doing a complete historic renovation of the W.
