Hartford Courant Reports on Plans for Berlin, CT Indoor Sports Facility

The first step toward a new indoor sports complex being built in Berlin was completed this month, when Berlin's commission was persuaded to revise its zoning for the BT-2 zone to permit indoor sports complexes.
