Social Security Office Build-out nearly complete

The New Britain Social Security Administration offices are moving to 1 Herald Sq in September, on the second floor, suite 200.  Access is available by stairway and elevator. We will post an update when the office has officially opened. This was an extensive build out of custom requirements.

Each office at 80 Shunpike Rd has adopted their own restrictions on building visitations during the covid pandemic. Please contact the office you plan to visit for their current restrictions. Several offices do not allow drop-in visits currently, require appointments, or calling from the parking lot upon arrival. Face masks are required throughout the building.
